Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the booking may be cancelled.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit. We understand that life happens and always appreciate your consideration.

We allow a 5-minute grace period. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Arrivals after 5 minutes may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to our late/rescheduling policy. We appreciate your understanding in respecting the time of all our clients.

For best results, hair should be at least ¼ inch (6mm) long — approximately 2–3 weeks of growth after shaving. Please arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid applying lotions or oils to the treatment area beforehand. Exfoliating 24 hours before your visit is recommended to reduce ingrown hairs.
